elopement in Portofino / Ligurian Riviera

Is there a better idea that make an elopement in Portofino, one of the most elegant town in Italy? Jordan and Daniel, from Canada, chose this cute and unique spot in Ligurian Riviera to celebrate their wedding, the two of them with their parents only. They fell in love with my editorial photography, thinking it was a nice combo with the classy location chosen. So we planned together the day, giving a large importance and time to the couple session, a prime moment for everyone of us!

They made their getting readies together, at Hotel Piccolo, an hidden gem with a private beach. In the hotel garden, I found the perfect spot also for the first look, an emotional moment spent in the privacy and intimacy of the place. Then, everyone moved to Castello Brown, walking through the little town and admiring the typical colorful houses. From there, the view s simply breathtaking and so they exchanged their vows in front of this stunning view. What a memory! After this emotional moment, we took some quite time to do a relaxed couple session, with an editorial vibe but always spontaneous and natural. We walked around the “Piazzetta” and then we went back to the private beach, ending the session… in the sea!
